I intended to go out to Canton to retrieve the new cyano project prop/source material, but took a uturn south and east and headed for the water instead.
But before I hit the road, (The Pixies "Driving on 9" goes here) made a stop over at Dexter Avenue and things have changed somewhat.

Before (June 19) and after (June 28) shots of the western/entrance facade of the Agora Ballroom in West Hartford CT, pre-demolition. The port cochere is gone, as are the (lightning?) rods on the roof. And a crane is perched nearby. I looked at the crane footings and wondered if that was real solid ground? Hard to tell.
And later on, Wethersfield CT Town Green, with the huge toppled oaks, victims of Friday's tornado/storm. Lots of slow moving vehicles. not too many photogs. Only later did I hear someone say the Governor asked people to stay out of the area and to not take pictures. Oh Well! I don't watch, listen to, or the read the news, so I had no idea.

How memories are made...
I just saw a headline yesterday that scientists have discovered the physical mechanism of memory making. They isolated new proteins synthesized on synapses as a memory was being made. Whether it was a short term or long term memory... I don't know. But they made an image of it and it was cool.
Today the studio becomes 50% storage. How that will lead to memories being made? I don't know. This is the beginning of new memories, that I know.
